The method

One prop.
Many directions.

Wheel Yoga® teaches you to use the yoga wheel both as an everyday prop and as a specialised tool.

Every session connects practical movement with knowledge from physiotherapy and psychology. You learn what the wheel does to muscles, fascia and the nervous system, and how to adapt it to the person in front of you.

The method was created by Jana Schwalb, who also wrote the expert study behind it. Its movements are named by what the body does: extension, opening, strength, balance, release.
